Sage contains antioxidants and some vital minerals. It really packs a healthy punch.⁠

Sage also makes a wonderful cup of tea. ⁠
⁠
Here is a simple Sage Tea recipe using ingredients straight from our farm!⁠
⁠
✨ Sage Tea ✨⁠
⁠
🍃 1 tablespoon fresh sage leaves ( or 1 teaspoon dried Hidden Canyon sage)⁠
🍃 1 cup water⁠
🍃 1 wedge lemon (optional)⁠
🍃 Hidden Canyon pure, local, raw, sage honey to sweeten (optional)⁠
⁠
✨ Bring water to a boil. Remove from heat and put sage in the water. Let steep for about 3-5 minutes.⁠
⁠
✨ Strain, pour in your favorite mug, add lemon and honey, relax, and enjoy! ⁠

An incredibly colorful, flavorful batch of corn that we painstakingly hand ground from corn grown here at the Ranch, chemical free. ⁠

Our cornmeal is packed with fiber, protein and lots of phytonutrients. We grind the whole kernel so you get that whole grain nutritional benefit. But best of all is the taste. ⁠
