Blueberry Crumble Smoothie2

I really want to add more fiber to my diet so I’ve been finding fun ways to sneak it into my meals whenever I can. This smoothie has half a cup of oats and you wouldn’t even be able to tell! Don’t be fooled by it’s name. Although this drink tastes like pie, it’s packed with fiber, antioxidants, and protein. Plus, its a yummy,low-sugar dessert. So slurp away guilt-free!

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Yields: One big ‘ol smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 1/2 tsps cinnamon
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup almond butter

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend for about 2 minutes or until thoroughly mixed.

2.  Garnish with oats, nuts or whole blueberries to make it pretty.  (How do you like my aerial view?)
