Yes they’re green, but my kids love ‘um! So easy too! Here’s what you do…

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Your favorite seasoning. (My gang loves Susie Q’s, but the grown-ups around prefer truffle salt. Good ‘ol salt & pepper work too.)

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray.
  2. Remove stems from kale and cut or tear into big bite-sized pieces.
  3. Place kale in a large bowl, add olive oil and seasoning and toss to coat.

Spread kale chips out on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast in the oven for 7 to 10 minutes.
